Tools to stay in control
From within your account you can set deposit limits, take a deposit break, enable reality reminders, or self-exclude. A reduction to a deposit limit takes effect immediately, while any increase is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
Deposit limits
You must set a deposit limit when you open your account — it is a required step that cannot be skipped. You may lower it at any time with immediate effect. An increase, however, is delayed by a 7-day cooling-off period, so a moment of frustration cannot raise your exposure.
Take a break (cool-off)
You can suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 6 months from your account settings. During the break you are unable to bet or deposit, though your account remains open so you can make withdrawals and settle any open bets.
Activity statements & reality checks
Every month we send you an account activity statement that lays out your total deposits, total bets, winnings and net position, so you can see what gambling is really costing you. You can also switch on reality reminders during a session.
Opting out of marketing
You can turn off all direct marketing from your account, by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting our support team.
Pre-commitment
We offer no sign-up bonuses, bonus bets, deposit matches or any other inducements to open an account or to keep you betting. Setting your limits in advance — pre-commitment — is the single most effective way to stay in control.
Self-exclusion
If you need to stop, you can self-exclude with us for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or indefinitely. For the period you select we will close your account to new bets and deposits and remove you from our marketing lists.
